Cardiovascular Consultants is moving to a new electronic health record and billing system effective November 5, 2024. As we strive for excellence, our new system will have improved functionality to better serve your needs.
Our new patient portal allows 24/7 bill pay.
If your date of service was on or after November 5, 2024, you may pay your bill directly on the patient portal.
Take an active role in your health care.
- To sign up or log in, visit 31664-1.portal.athenahealth.com.
- Click “Sign up today” to create a new account. Note: some communications may allow patients to skip steps 2-4 and go right to creating their password.
- Enter your name, date of birth, and contact information.
- Enter the temporary passcode sent to you via email, call, or text. Click “Continue.”
- If you’re a new patient, select your provider and location. Existing patients can proceed to step 6.
- Create your new password. It must be 8-20 characters and include at least one uppercase and lowercase letter and at least one number or symbol.
